You can use Hope right away. Only once your clinic gives you a QR code are you connected to your clinic and able to receive data. The clinic has to send you the data actively – it is not pulled automatically from your patient record. So if you don't see everything straight away, it's most likely because your clinic hasn't sent you anything yet.
- Download HOPE for free on the App Store or Google Play. You can also use the app to track your cycle. Please don't set up your own treatment if you intend to connect with your clinic. You can see whether your clinic uses Hope in the following .
- Scan the personal QR code you received from your clinic and connect directly to your patient record. If you haven't received a QR code yet, you'll be given one at your next appointment.
- Receive all treatment data directly from your practice. Please note that Hope doesn't show you anything automatically – you'll only see something once the clinic actively sends it to you.

Please make sure to transfer the dosages and intake periods correctly from your treatment plan. For more convenience, talk to your clinic and ask whether they'd like to use Hope as their system.
